Made in Bengal follows a Vendor-Customer friendly refund policy. We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience.


INCORRECT SHIPMENT / DAMAGED
  • All Returns/Exchange must be reported to the us within 24hrs of delivery. Kindly mail us at contact@madeinbengal.in, call/whatsapp at 9674040456
  • Returns are not accepted for edible items and Art. 
  • We will confirm your Request and mail you a RETURN SLIP, kindly paste it over the package for shipping.
  • Please ensure the product has all the original tags and packaging is intact when you Return us the Product.
  • Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories, like Tags,etc. Please repackage well before shipping.
  • We will exchange with the product you ordered or you can select any other product from our online store, only after we have recieved the original product from you.
  • No shipping charge will be applicable if the product shipped is incorrect.
 
CUSTOMER INITIATED RETURN

  • For customer initiated exchanges, the cost of shipping of products shall be borne by the customer.
  • We will pick up Returns after mailing you the return slip.
  • Shipping charge will be applicable if product is returned due to wrong delivery address/contact no.

Cancellation and refund – incorrect shipment, damaged product or undelivered package:
  • Once cancellation is done, Refund process will be iniatiated within 2 weeks from the date we recieve the original product.
  • Customers can either exchange goods/vouchers of equivalent amount.
